LG Unveils the KS10 Slider Phone

Raising the bar in the smart phone sector today, LG Electronics (LG), announced in Singapore the availability of LG KS10 – a luxurious slider smart phone equipped with high-speed, full Internet browser enabled by the new HSDPA technology.



With the LG KS10, users can experience high speed internet browsing and high quality TV streaming on a large 2.4 inch black window LCD, as well as advanced PIMS such as a file viewer and push email services. The multi-functional slider maximizes convenience for users with features like Internet hot-key, predicts web addresses on input and records previously browsed pages for easy sorting. With a full browser, accessing web mails, doing quick searches, watching the sports news, finding maps and driving directions as well as shopping and booking flights are made more convenient. Boasting a stunning 3 hours talk time and over 220 hours of standby, the phone is indeed a leader in its class.

Equipped with dynamic S60 software on Symbian OS 9.2 platform, LG KS10 is a powerful phone with high-speed mobile browser, video player and convenient messaging applications. S60 software allows users to add extended functionality and versatility by downloading customized applications online for free.

Another key element of LG KS10 is the availability of Google that is designed specifically for smart phones, allowing simplified access to various services the website offers, such as GMail, Google Search, Google Map, and YouTube.

The LG KS10 priced at $568 (without plan) will be available locally at major mobile phone retail outlets from 22 September 2007.
